Pre-Purchase Inspection

A pre-purchase inspection can help identify any potential issues or defects in the home, including problems with the foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and more. The purchaser then has the option of either fixing the problems before completing the purchase or renegotiating the price to reflect the cost of the fixes.

Even if there are no major problems with the house right now, a pre-purchase inspection can help the buyer prepare for potential repairs down the road.

Pre-sale Inspection

A pre-sale inspection is conducted prior to a property put on the market for sale. It is typically conducted by a professional inspector who is hired by the seller or the real estate agent to inspect the property and identify any issues or potential problems that may need to be addressed before the property is sold.

During a pre-sale inspection, the inspector will typically examine various aspects of the property, such as the structure, roofing, electrical and plumbing systems, and any other features that could impact the property's value or safety. The inspector will then provide a report outlining their findings and any recommended repairs or improvements that should be made.

Asbestos Inspection

An asbestos inspection is a process of identifying and assessing the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in a building or structure. Asbestos is a mineral fibre that was commonly used in building materials before it was banned due to its health hazards, particularly in the lungs when inhaled.
